I love this product! But over time, magnetic spikes attract very small metal fragments (junk) from everywhere! These metal parts prevent the cable from sticking to the ferrule. In turn, prevents the phone from charging. Store the cable in a small pouch or sandwich bag when not in use. The company should think about handpiece cases for the future!
