We think we can do it ourselves. We have installed new flooring, painting and patching in our house, new railings, baseboards etc. This product was unusable. My husband and I bought two rolls and tried them three times. We tried different tactics, watched YouTube videos and every time this product will blister and wrinkle. It's stiff, so it flexes when you try to work, creating creases in the paper that can't be fixed. We tried to make a long, huge piece - it didn't work out; You tried laying from both the roll-out side and the roll-out side - it doesn't work; We managed to cut small pieces and lay them that way without bubbles, but the seams and lines were so visible it was awful. I would not recommend this product! Waste of $60!
