I love how simple it is for customers who are not technical users of this product! It's very easy-to use once your set up properly but if there was more support from their side then that would be even better. The customer service team isn't always available when needed so make sure they have people dedicated specifically towards working within our business operations department (as opposed to just general help desk). We've been using Aplprainx since we moved into hybrid environments where both On Premise & Public clouds were used together seamlessly - without any downtime nor disruption due to failures in either infrastructure type. As well being able to move workload between these two different infrastructures has made us much less reliant upon one specific platform over which failure could occur leaving clients at risk of having no access whatsoever during outages etc. Having said that though, APPlanx does provide some great benefits too including allowing seamless failover onto other instances should anything happen whilst running under.
