Soft and warm -TTS: my rating
They are super soft and warm. My daughter is 28 pounds 36 inches and 2-4 years was too big, could have been smaller but she will still have them next year. I rolled up the floors and they still worked

- Wonderfully warm leggings for cold winter days❤️ Bought for a girl who just turned 3, she loved it!!
