Review on Shower Cap Black And White by Angie Hernandez

This is my first time buying this product. I can't believe it wasn't in the market for people with long hair or those who sport long hairstyles. Recently I bought long satin hats of the same length. I loved them so of course I had to try the long oblong shower cap! My package arrived today, the blue color is bright and the flower design is beautiful. Looks the same as in the picture. I gave this product 3 stars because it had potential but isn't quite there yet. And I mean what about the material. Immediately after unpacking I did a test run by hand. I put my hand all the way inside this cap and submerged it under the running water in the sink. I made sure to move everything around and feel my hand some water towards the bottom inseam. I stopped the water to pull my arm out and yes it was wet 🤦🏽‍♀️. The bottom inseam at the corners still looks wet. I have found that squeezing and closing your hand also allows more water to enter this shower cap. Maybe it should be double layered to avoid this problem 🤷🏽‍♀️🥴. I love the length, the look, the color, the design and the concept. I'm only keeping it because I don't want to hassle with returning a shower cap. But I'm a little frustrated that water can still get through this thing. It defeats the whole purpose of being a shower cap. This got me thinking about future hairstyles that can be ruined.
