I want to start by saying I like this bag, it's small but just what I wanted. The leather is so-so - definitely not worth the price but like I said I love the bag. So the main issue with this bag is the straps! As such it is designed to be quickly converted into a shoulder bag BUT there is no way to leave the straps on if you want to quickly carry it in a backpack (which is what I wanted). So I cut the belt in half - yes, I took a pair of scissors and cut the belt. in the middle, and then sewed the ends together to create a timeless backpack - without omitting the shoulder bag entirely.
