I have a 2016 Honda Civic and was very disappointed that the passenger seat did not adjust up and down. It's so low that my legs should be almost straight when I'm sitting there. The driver's seat is adjustable, so no problem. I bought this pillow hoping that 1.2 inches would raise the seat enough so I could bend my legs and not hurt my knees when standing upright on long drives. This pillow was perfect! It lifts me up just enough for me to bend my knees for comfort and it also softens my ass. I've used it on several trips and it's just what I needed. Also, my husband, who is taller than me, can sit on a cushion in the front passenger seat without banging his head on the ceiling of the car. I have previously purchased a pillow which was a 2.5" wedge but it raised me too high in the seat and had to be removed when my husband was in the passenger seat due to his head on the ceiling of the car hit. This 1.2 inch pillow is the perfect height and the pillow is very comfortable. My car has black leather seats and this pillow goes perfectly with it too. I am very happy with my purchase!
