Blinking blue light + Anchor Warranty

So it looks like I've been using this device for about 6 months. I plugged it in and put it on the bedside table. About a week ago I put my phone on it at night and went to bed. I woke up late because my alarm didn't go off. I look around and see my phone is dead and not charging. The indicator on the base station flashes blue. I turned off the device several times and tried different USB cables. Nothing worked. The device just flashes blue and won't charge my device. 1 Star: Disappointing Update: A few hours after I wrote this review, Anker contacted me and asked if I could try a basic fix (restarting the phone). They said to post a fix post, if it doesn't solve the problem they will replace it. I restart my phone regularly now (every few days) but thought I'd do it again after plugging in my charger. The charger was unplugged and lying in the box when it started responding. When I got home from work, I got my charger and plugged it in. Well what do you know for some reason I have a constant blue light and my phone charges with no issues. I restarted my phone and checked again, yes it still works. So I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I liked the product from the start, but I liked even more the fact that Anker was willing to support this product. As an informed consumer, I vote with my dollar. So if you lose my confidence I will move on to another product. Thanks to Anker for agreeing to replace him. Luckily for both of us, we didn't have to go through the process.
