Warning Electrical parts No polarity in recent shipments

I have bought these items twice, the first time they sent out great equipment, the wires were correctly identified for polarity and marked as such, easy to install. The device in the illustration is identified with BLUE and RED connection wires and is labeled (+) and (-). It is exactly as shown in the photos. When I ordered the second time, Revain sent what appeared to be the same devices, poorly finished, the lids come off when pressed lightly; both primary wires are the same color (blue) and have no polarity indication. More importantly, the very small print indicates they must be polarized. See photos. I'm afraid this could cause crashing issues and, more importantly, a fire hazard. I phoned Revain and sent photos. Advertising, the second order a few months later (just received) has no blue caps and polarity indicators, and both wires are the same "blue" color. See photos. I have not installed these blocks; However, I need the same blocks to match the others already installed. I'm waiting for Revain to call back today. Update: Cindy, a spokeswoman for the company, explained as per her comments that it is fundamentally possible to cross polarity. My answer after the test results, the picture says more than 1000 words: Dear Cindy: I did a light test with both sides of the polarity on the lights: see attached photos. Photo test A I connected 121.2 VAC to the blue wire (1). I attached the neutral side of the multimeter to the case. The output was 1.3 VPhoto Test B. I connected 121.2 VAC to the blue wire (2). I left the neutral side of the multimeter attached to the case. The output was 11.2V. As you can see, there is a difference and leakage. Ask your technicians to look at these photos.
