I had my eye on the shaving basket, but was initially put off by the high prices. I came across this scuttle and was amazed by the price and the product description. The scuttle was packaged very well with no rips or dents and now comes with a plastic plug to keep the scuttle warm. I've just finished shaving and it was the best shave I've ever had. I have been wet shaving for four years with a Merkur 34C HD, feather blades and Proraso shaving creams. I was happy with the result of the shave, but I wasn't 100% happy that something was missing. The missing piece was HOT Lather, and this bucket gives you it on all three runs. The luxurious feel of applying hot lather, not to mention the ease with which the blade glides across your face, makes for one of the closest, if not the closest, shave you'll ever get. The lather stays hot throughout the shave, the Proraso cream gets a little sticky from the heat, but just add a little more water and you've got the best lather you've ever whipped up. If your shave is wet you MUST buy this scrub, your face will thank you now.
