PROS: - very heavy and durable - good instructions - lots of hardware for various mounting solutions - integrated cable management CONS: - no way to lift the monitor. The arm stays at maximum height and doesn't bend down to go higher - weaker than described. Couldn't support 12lb 32" monitor - good luck trying to get it back if like me you need to send it back. SUMMARY: I bought this to support my 32" primary display and 21" secondary display. The VESA mount on my 32" device is oddly placed so I was hoping to use this mount to get it up to my eye level and eventually ditch the stand. I was disappointed to learn that the arms don't bend up; only down, which basically makes it useless to me. To top it off, it didn't support my monitor even though it weighed less than 17 pounds. Despite these issues, it's very well built and looks very attractive in any configuration, which further disappoints me. I ended up trying to wrap it up for an hour to return it, then exchanged it for one that was $20 cheaper, had more movement, and was just as well made.
