I usually have no reason to leave a negative review. I just received my order less than 30 minutes ago. I decided to refill my soap dispensers and what a surprise I got. This product flows like water. He's not the least bit focused. He's watery is the best description I can give him. I am very disappointed and very unhappy! I expected something completely different. This product is so different from what I am currently using that I feel like I don't have what I paid for at all! It appears to be odorless soapy water. I will call Revain IMMEDIATELY for a refund.
