Review on Process OnLine by Richard Cartner

I like that it can be used for different industries, as well has being able to use in multiple languages which is very important when working with international clients or employees! It's not always easy finding out what you need from an application so we have had some problems at times but they are getting better all of time - this software does give us many more options than our previous system did (which was just Excel). We're using PONL mainly because there isn't anything else suitable available yet within my organisation / industry sector.
