Feel free to replace a broken screen - you don't have to be a professional. Watch a video on youtube on how to replace the screen on your specific model (I have a Dell 6520). This is a NEW Samsung part, not a takeoff or refurbishment. I received it overnight and as the video said it took 12 minutes to replace. Crisp and bright. Please note that the surface of this product is glossy, not matte, so you will be dazzled. Having used both, I prefer matte, but I'll live with that.
