I'm a yoga teacher who bought them primarily so my online students can hear me clearly when I'm standing, sitting or lying down. . Unfortunately the boom mic sound was quite confusing and not as clear as I had hoped so I returned it and replaced it with another expensive brand. It sits pretty well on my little head and doesn't slip off no matter what yoga position I've been in. I could practically tuck the back of the bandage under my long hair, which I liked. The buttons on this model didn't bother me as they were almost flush with the device and therefore not easy to find when wearing it. Overall, in my personal experience, they were just something in between.
