If you haven't tried this type of adjustable belt, all I can say is, "Find one. Buy one." I was pleased with the quality of this belt until I put it on and realized that despite the double measurement, it was too short. The instructions say the belt should be 7 inches longer than your waist measurement before you die Attach buckle.The problem is that the trace is 1.5 to 2.5 inches from the end of the belt than similar belts (see the "tail" that sticks out when the belt is fastened at the waist).
