Not possible with mattress toppers and covers
Not possible - Attach elastic handles to hold the pillow in place. You are expected to lift the corner of the mattress and then magically attach the handles under the pillow. Can't even see underneath, mattress holds up as well as a person. This is the least well planned thing I've had the misfortune to buy. What do you think should happen when it's time to turn the mattress? No far-sighted thoughts here...big payoff.
