I bought 2 of these about a year ago and they have been unavailable for a while. When I saw that they were back in stock I immediately bought 2 more, they are heavy and suitable for large cats. I have a couple of cats that weigh over 15 pounds and have a large build. They look like cupcake tops in the standard hammocks that come with scratching posts, but these hammocks suit them just fine. Big enough for big cats. The material is thick and feels comfortable for cats. Very well done! I had no problem adding them to the existing scratching posts I have. The plate and hole fit perfectly with the trees we already have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a scratching post, regardless of your cat's size.
