Disappointingly good for in-ear headphones

I was looking for a cheaper bluetooth headset but got what I paid for. Sound quality isn't great - I have to turn the volume up and it's still not as good as my LG or Mpow TVs. Battery performance is terrible - 4 to 6 hours of continuous use, that's less than a day's work so not very suitable for what I need. Worst of all, I can't be more than 20 feet from my phone without losing signal. I've never had this problem.
