In general, a good camera for monitoring a child, if you do not care about the price or the ability to just turn off the IR mode. To get out of IR mode you need a lot of light, not just light in the room. I have a temperature of 5-10 degrees with no possibility of calibration, which is another annoyance. Other than those elements, it's great! Pros + Touch screen + Simple navigation menu + Pretty good resolution + Can connect multiple cameras to one monitor + Has motion, volume, temperature and feeding alerts + Wide pan/tilt/field of view + Battery life seems decent + You can turn off the volume, if you want+ Big screen but light+ Monitor range is good so you can roam other parts of the house+ There is a sleep mode for the display+ Monitor has a stand+ USB-C charger makes charging easy (not proprietary charger) + Automatically connects for easy customization. Cons + Sensitivity to light - depending on how brightly the room is lit, the camera oscillates between color and black and white, which can be annoying + The temperature sensor is not accurate, it deviates by 5-10 degrees + Overpriced. Should be about $25 cheaper for what it is.
