These pants feel pretty heavy duty like expensive activewear. The fabric is different - it's not french terry and it's not fleece inside. The listing classifies these as "lightweight", but the material is actually pretty thick. The fabric has some stretch to it and it feels to me like it has spandex in it, but the tag says they are 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It also lint rolls very nicely, if you happen to have a pet hair problem.The waistband has elastic and a functional drawstring. The pants have fairly deep pockets too.I ordered the 9-10 size and the pants have a 23.5" inseam. The ankles are cuffed, so you can buy these a bit longer than you need for longevity of wear. This particular style seems to be a bit more of a relaxed fit that the other Unacoo pants I have in the same size but different styles.
