I wasn't overly impressed with the last bag I bought and ended up gifting it to my sister. I thought long and hard about ordering this one and then decided to disassemble it and order it. When I received it, the first thing I noticed was that there was no shoulder pad attached to the belt. Not a big deal, but whoever made this bag really didn't turn it on very well (because the shoulder strap isn't removable). But in general I bought them mainly to carry my Samsung Galaxy A7 tablet, which I only bought what I bought. The bag feels very comfortable, not too stiff and I can use it without any problems. I deducted one star from the rating because there is no shoulder pad. But in general, it's not actually a laptop bag, but more intended for carrying some personal items. The "big" bag I bought was perfect for what I needed it for. To carry a few pills that I use, a few pockets for coke or water bottles and other pockets for personal items like a bottle of washing up liquid to wipe the tablet screen, internal pockets for stationery etc. This isn't a perfect bag but it is functional.
