I just bought these and I LOVE them! Good sound! I haven't tested the loading yet, so I'm not sure. They hurt my ears a bit but this is day one so the more I play with them the better they will feel. The body is smooth and shiny. I chose red because it's my favorite color and it looks very pretty. I bought a hard case for it and it fits snugly and loosely. It's easy to get the case and I like it. TO UPDATE! (Used separately for the LEFT earphone) good. It took me HOURS to realize I hadn't properly paired the left XD headphones. Finally I understood. So when you take both earbuds out of the Soundcore case, turn off both earbuds by pressing and holding the buttons on the earbuds for 5 seconds. Leave the right earbud alone. Do not touch him. With the LEFT earpiece (while it's off), press and hold the button and don't release it until the white light starts flashing rapidly. Release Bluetooth search, enable it and search for "Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo L" in the search bar. Touch it and it will sync. You are now using the LEFT earbud separately. Even if your functions are disabled when using the LEFT earbud, it's still convenient to use. In the Bluetooth menu you will see "Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo". This is the pair name for BOTH and RIGHT headphones. "Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo L" is the pair name for the LEFT earbud.
