I installed the mirror in the frame using a spirit level but the mirror itself is still slightly crooked due to the weight. It's just an annoyance that it's not straight, even when hanging directly on the wall. I have an 8x mirror but wish they had a 10x mirror. If you're young this might be the mirror for you, but the older I get (I'm in my 50's) the better it is to have a more powerful magnifying glass. Otherwise it's clear from the zoom side and a decent mirror overall.
