LOVE this set! My bedroom has a similar color palette to the one pictured (light ice blue walls with slightly darker silk curtains) and I was in desperate need of an update for my 10 year old dark quilt. I've tried white, charcoal, etc, thinking that adding "more blue" to the room would be too much (or that it wouldn't fit) - oddly, I'm not a "blue person". Turns out the colors don't go well together, but they "GO" and are beautiful! Everything fits together perfectly. The colors are ice blue, ivory and a darker slate blue. Fabulous! By the way, you really need to zoom in on the fabric. The wide picture doesn't really do this set justice! The quality of this set is amazing! The material of the blanket is very comfortable; It has a slight sheen, but it's not noticeable. The material is not printed, but embroidered. It was nice to get so many pieces for the price, plus a set of white sheets! In terms of size, I have a queen-size bed. My old blanket was a few inches too small and it was driving me nuts (luckily I could pull the blanket more on one side and it wasn't visible). It's perfect. It's the perfect length for my Q bed with my thick mattress. I was concerned that I would have to order a king bed (then failed to buy king pillows, dropped the king bedding set and adjusted the bed skirt - what a nightmare that would be!). I have no complaints. anything on this set. My only complaint on my part; My European pads are probably too small and I need to order others. I highly recommend this set. Excellent value for money and quality!
