I ordered 42" x 78" (10 pounds) for my half of our king bed. I am a woman of average weight/height. I think I made the perfect choice. My husband will try it too to decide if he wants the same weight or heavier but I think he will want the same. We're looking for more comfort than a lot of weight. It's not too hard, not too easy. Precisely. And fabric! Both on the duvet and bedspread they are so soft and cozy. No sensation or sound of internal organs moving or shifting. I'm glad I read so many reviews and chose this brand!
