I'm 5'7" about 142 pounds and wear 8-10 in regular clothes. I ordered 8-10 (medium) and they are a bit loose although the belly band is good. I will wash them and hopefully they will shrink a bit. Otherwise I am satisfied with the product and will benefit a lot from it
