I like products that glow under UV light. It's great at night or in semi-dark places. About 10 minutes when UV or black light or those gas street lights activate this Embrite patch. 3 stars for construction and 4 stars for utilities. Behind the thick patch is a thin layer of plastic that is unreliable. But the thick spot is strong. I used it as a short light in the car at night while the driver commented on its amazing design. The light stays on for 10 to 20 minutes depending on the source. UV/black light is good, but high tech HID lights (flashlights and some street lights) are better. RECOMMENDED: Buy several.
