Great customer service and ease-of -use

Nocks is very easy to use, it's intuitive for both customers as well as our own staff! The support team are always helpful whenever you need them. It would be great if we could have more templates available in some of their services like newsletters or social media posts with custom graphics included (maybe even through an API?). I think this should solve any problems relating too lack of customization options within those specific sections where there might not necessarily exist enough space/room for all necessary elements which can't simply just added via CSS?

Pros

All features were simple but yet incredibly effective no lag whatsoever so everything worked flawlessly!! They also provided excellent customer service at every single instance.very attentive & eager to help when needed while ensuring quality work was done before deadlines reached
