Review on Husband Whiskey Decanter Glasses Bourbon by Roy Boone

This is a beautiful carafe and most importantly it is lead free. I mainly use it for my favorite mild bourbon. Whiskey does not "need" to be decaned, ie the aeration that takes place does not "unfold" any flavors or aromas, as is the case with strong red wines. So I only use it for the looks. I only put one portion here for a day, as the whiskey loses its aroma and taste with longer storage. For my aged bourbon, I keep it dark and cool, but it's not necessary for a day's use, so it's normal for the whiskey to be clear. The engraving is precise and professional on both the carafe and the matching glasses. The ship in the bottle looks a little flattened. Incidentally, to my knowledge, crystal is not dishwasher safe and is generally not very resistant to hearing, so I will not pour hot liquids into this carafe or glassware, hand wash or rinse only.
