This is a very handy way to always have something to hand for tapping. This helps me especially since the thread clip on my sewing machine broke a long time ago, so trimming the thread after a stitch is a breeze. It takes a bit of practice and getting used to tilting the Thread Cutterz to cut thread effectively. It's comfortable to wear and I haven't found it to interfere with sewing. This isn't a thread trimming tool anywhere near your work and when trimming for chain stitches I found myself reaching for my little scissors - for a large number of clips the scissors are quicker as you don't have to attach the scissors like you normally do with this with Thread Cutterz. Overall I liked this product and it's handy for overcasting a seam and always having something to literally cut the thread with, although for cutting the thread in bulk I prefer my small scissors. *Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.
