Runs small at the bottom/buttocks

These leggings are not wide enough at the bottom/bottom. Even if I increase the size, there is not enough space. My daughter's slacker show. Awkward! It looks like a high quality fabric, but the design isn't quite right. Other leggings (same size) from Carter's, Children's Place or Oshkosh will not fit.
