Extremely poor quality

Every year I buy crowns/diadems for court queens in our dance school. This is the lowest quality I've ever seen, even lower than the cheapest Walmart crown I've ever bought. The metal is of very poor quality, very matt, nothing like the photos shows. Jewels don't sparkle. I'd be embarrassed to give it to our Queen this year so I'll most likely be ordering another one. I had to shell out another $4 to get something more solid and better.
