Well worth it if you don't want to mess around with the reusable one!
We bought a large size for our 18 month old almost 30lbs and it fits perfectly! He hadn't finished pooping yet, but I was sure he would leave it all there. You have to be a little careful when putting them on so you don't tear the sides, once out of the 6 times we've used it I felt the side start to tear but if you're careful that's it no problem at all - even if a baby moves. Tear-off pages when baby is all wet are very useful.
