The team is very helpful in answering questions I have about our new system as well as providing tips for how to use it more effectively. They are always quick with responses and they seem genuinely interested in making me happy! So far there has been nothing negative at this time. We've had some issues getting set up but after talking with them we were able to figure out what was going wrong and get back on track. Our biggest issue right now is figuring out exactly where to focus our efforts once we're fully implemented - so any help would be greatly appreciated! We haven't found anything specific yet but hope to soon. It's easier having someone else worry about the details of HR while you can focus on your job.
