The best thing about this system has to be its accessibility from anywhere you are through web or mobile device.

As far as I am concerned it's all good but if there was anything that I would like to see improved other than cost management then that will always make me feel better because everything else seems great for now so no big deal. It makes business more efficient by allowing employees to access files without having to do paperwork physically. It also helps with time tracking and productivity rates among employees.
