The robe is not lined in white; it's just that the printing has not bled through as it does with some other fabrics. Good thing too: I've never seen printed fabric with such gorgeous, deep, saturated color. Obviously it's soft and silky as a high quality polyester satin should be, but the colors are breathtaking and the print is crisp and intricate. I really have to applaud the designers for taking the risks they did when putting these prints and colors together; it is their genius that the tones work harmoniously and also flatter the one who wears them. Myself, I acquired the one with yellow roses because I adore roses and I could just sit and eat this print up with my eyes.
