Received the laptop quickly. About 2 weeks later, when I was more comfortable (I have 3-4 Hangouts a week on my laptop), my mic stopped working. I contacted tech support but they couldn't fix the issue via chat so I was offered to purchase a warranty and send it in for repair. I did it reluctantly. I would like to say that this is the second or third faulty product I have purchased from Revain in the last 6 months. If you are also unemployed and on a tight budget like me, I would think twice about buying through certain websites. They are not for the poor.
