So practical that you forget it. I bought this to replace my last one which eventually died the eighth time I wore it in the shower. Some can't hear me, but most can. Depends on the other person's cell phone. The same goes for using my speaker to speak. Some people can hear me perfectly and others can't. Some phones don't work well with others? The battery lasts all day. I can hear my music very well and I can understand phone calls very well. But 2 people I'm talking to often can't hear me well, and a dozen other people can hear me very well. I sealed the rubber ear cup with tape because if dropped and easily lost. You can use it without the rubber earpiece, but others can also hear better what you hear. I've tried MANY headphones and this is by far my favorite. Just don't forget to take it off before I shower. My last one finally died after 8 showers and this one is still going strong after only 2 showers. I think it depends on how wet it gets before I wear it again.
