Fits Version 1 but should have been better

Good - very light - ultra light cable not rigid. Don't even notice it's there. Suitable for people with small hands (although probably too small for big hands). Assign actions to each of the 6 buttons (the 7th button under the mouse wheel is fixed - for DPI cycle only). Bad DPI is controlled by the button next to the wheel. Has 7 default settings (400, 800, 1200, 1600, 3200, 6400, 16000). The problem is that you have to press 7 times to return to the original position. The software should not force the user to have 7 levels. If I only wanted two (e.g. 400 DPI and 800 DPI) this should only let me adjust two, not 7. There should be a separate dedicated mouse button to change the profile. Although you can assign any of the 7 buttons, most likely they will all be used for their existing purpose. There was no mention that there was any software to customize the mouse. Not on the box, there is no url in the attached file. After visiting the Cooler Master website, there is a download section. The name of the application is very strange (CoolerMaster Master Plus PER only). I have no idea what it is. The description is also very poor. It turns out to be the MM710 configuration utility. Much wasted time. Update 04/24/21: downgrading to 3 stars The scroll wheel is badly bugged. If you use it to scroll up or down, the mouse wheel will scroll up and down. However, the hardware itself has a downside when it suddenly reverses a direction of the wheel, causing the opposite mouse wheel to invade the reading application. For example, when playing Fortnite, the mouse wheel is used as the "Use" button to pick up an item. Nothing annoys me more than seeing a bunch of loot lying in one place and then scrolling up only to have the wheel down, even resulting in the last loot item being removed from my inventory. This is not a software application error as I have seen youtube videos of this hardware error. Having bought two of these mice I am not happy with the lack of quality assurance on this product.
