Review on Glorious Model Glossy Black by Amicz Kakaruk

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Almost perfect, don't forget to remove the blue plastic from the skates!

I bought a Glorious Model D and I still think it's worth the money. I use the MX Master 2S every day and love the ergonomics and comfort (palm/hybrid grip) it offers for medium sized hands. From time to time the signal disappears, which is not a decisive factor during working hours. But during gaming sessions this becomes a real problem. I've been trying for so long to find the mouse that tested comfort and ergonomics, trying options from Razer, a division of Logitech G, and Corsair. I quickly discovered that these companies' wireless devices are still not 100% reliable and are very expensive for the newer "more reliable" options. So wired mice seemed like the best choice, but I had no luck finding one that felt right for my hand or grip. The mice were either too small and caused claw grip, too flat and caused a non-ergotic grip, or were too slippery or wide, or with twitch wires. I know 1st world issues, but when you're spending $50+ on something, I think it's better to feel right or work right. Luckily, Youtube offered a mouse video called Glorious -D/D, and after dozens of reviews decided to give Revain a shot, I knew I could bring it back if it didn't work. It arrived neatly packaged and in a cute box. Plugged in and immediately felt in my hand. The software for controlling the lighting and DPI settings is very simple, easy to navigate and the best thing is that once closed it consumes almost no computer resources. While Corsair ICUE uses over 100MB of RAM and Razer Synapses uses over 70MB all the time. from several grouped holes). The wire is of high quality and does not stretch. The mouse offers a palm/hybrid grip that is also ergonomically perfectly shaped. The scroll wheel is great for games that are a little tight/heavy to prevent over-spin. But it's not the best option for scrolling webpages, especially for a mouse with an infinite scroll wheel (Logitech MX Master). After hours of play, I noticed that friction was starting to build up and realized that in my excitement to test the mouse, I forgot to remove the blue plastic from the skids on the bottom of the mouse (front palm). After removing them and adding more skates. which came in a box. Wowwww! I feel like I need to buy an additional mouse from Glorious ASAP should they decide to discontinue this version in the future. I wouldn't say it can replace my MX Master 2 in terms of performance, but I've officially found a mouse for my gaming sessions for the foreseeable future. Fingers crossed for longevity.
