Review on 🔌 Convenient and Compact: Macally Retractable Firewire Cable for Effortless Connectivity by Scott Koeck

I'm a mobile user and I like the well-organized form factor of the retractable FireWire cable. I particularly like that the cable is 6-pin FireWire and also includes a 4-pin converter/adapter that slides over one of the 6-pin ends to make the cable 4-pin to 6-pin FireWire. I currently use it to connect my laptop to an external FireWire hard drive or my iPod. Pros: - Handy, small, retractable form factor. clean, simple design. No more tangled cables - easy to use. desired length and it clicks into place. Push the button to retract the cable - both 6-pin to 6-pin and 4-pin to 6-pin FireWire (with included 4-pin adapter). get lost/lost --- that's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 - the markings look a bit cheap (stickers). but it's finicky - a bit pricey if all you need is a firewire cable, not a retractable one
