Before I go I have to admit that everything looks good, is easy to install and works great. But it's a shower head, it doesn't take much effort to twist the old one and unscrew this one. My main issue with this, and this is highlighted in many reviews, is that every single part is made entirely of plastic. For the price you're paying for it, it should be metal. And I don't want to hear the OEM/seller's bullshit about heat transfer losses and better plastic. Water moves quickly over a short distance, the effect of heat loss when passing through plastic is negligible. It doesn't cost more than $40 shower head. These scammers laugh at all of us by switching to much cheaper stuff and not lowering the price. Your limits must be absurd. The hose is stiff as a stick and doesn't bottom out naturally, making it unwieldy. The hand shower head is a bit fiddly to slide in and out and requires a little effort. I want to return this but maybe I waited too long, we bought another unit for $40 which is also plastic and works exactly the same. Keep shopping, I say don't buy this if it's at least $50. I bought it for $90 and now it's $124! This is absolutely insane.
