for these medium-sized boxes, they creak and are quite loud. Arrived in good condition, nothing ripped or torn. My shortest heels are about 4" and fit perfectly, but the 4.5" have to be flipped to the side to fit. I would rather use these boxes for them than the big ones so I can pack more things into my closet. I don't like that they put the sticker right in the middle. You could put them on the lid as folding can hide it. But I don't have time, and acrylic nails are a bit more difficult to remove.
