I like that it's easy to use and has great reporting features with charts etc. It also gives you some good metrics around your website traffic so if there is an issue then at least we know what may be affecting performance/uptime in certain areas of our site or app! The UI could do better - they need more options to add custom graphs but this isn't too bad as long as you're not expecting something super complex (it does have quite advanced graphing capabilities). We are using Loadfocus primarily because its simple enough for non-technical people who just want basic uptime stats while still giving us access to useful reports about how things change over time which helps identify issues when things go down. For example, one day last week we had massive outages across all platforms from our sites due to DDoS attacks against them. This was very difficult to track until we started getting.
