These rubber boots are very cute and brightly colored. However, one of the handles broke after only a week of wearing. I was so disappointed because my son loved her so much. I ordered a new pair and sent the original back. After a while I found that we hadn't received a new pair so I went to my account and it said the company hadn't received the ones that had been sent. The company also said it could not issue a spare pair. In the end I had to turn to Revain. They were able to issue me a refund, so I appreciate that. Still stinks even though the suitcase handle broke and we didn't get a replacement pair. If I had known I wasn't getting a replacement pair, I might have just kept the original shoes.
