This soap dispenser worked for two months now it's dead. The light above the power button keeps flashing red and it won't go off even after I've changed the batteries. should do when it dispenses soap but no soap comes out. Garbage.06.30.2021 Update: I received a replacement device from the seller, let's see if it lasts. Hopefully longer than two months. For quick customer service I'm adding a star for now, the original rating was 2 stars for the originally failed device. I'm guessing it lasted just over two months, but that's the expected lifespan of this device. I'm deducting one star from the original rating as this proves over and over again that this is a poor quality product and gives it a final rating of 1 star. So stay away if you are looking for a long lasting product, it will surely die within that time frame, at least in my experience with this particular soap dispenser. Update 03/10/2021: I contacted the company about a second broken block and they replied that they would send me a third block to try and if that also fails they have a new model in the works that will fix some of the problems should fix current problems. According to their estimates, the start of production of the new model will take about three months. In the meantime I'm increasing my rating from one star to a 2 for the company's quick response and they really seem to care about their customers. When I receive my third block I will add a new update to my review. quite unstable compared to previous units I've owned. The company is very open to consumer feedback and is working hard to release a new model which we hope will solve the issues current customers are having with this particular model on offer. I'll see if this replacement lasts longer than its predecessors, or will it go to the bin in about three months? Well, in any case, according to their estimates, the new model will be out by then, so maybe it would be wiser to wait for the release than to buy this obviously imperfect model? At the moment that's all I can say. That means if you have any problems with the dispenser, contact Allegro Support and they will be happy to help you. You also get some free soap capsules if you take advantage of the one-year guarantee on their website. So customer service 5 stars, product itself 1 star due to lack of durability, in the end 3 stars. I hope not to update this review more than necessary, but if the third replacement fails I will update accordingly.
