Review on Bluetooth headset Plantronics Voyager Legend, black by Wiktor Janusz ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

An unattractive product, an unprofitable purchase.

I've been using it for three years now. In the second year, the foam pads on the earphone were worn out. To the credit of the support service, they were understanding, asked for the size and sent a new set. For free. But! the farther into the forest, the thicker the wolves. after the release of the new iPhone OS, the device began to periodically fall off the base, and at the most inopportune moment, when you look at the road, it suddenly turns out that you are no longer talking into the headset, but into the phone itself . After flashing the Legend and reconnecting for a while, the problem disappears. The MOST annoying, since the end of the second year (and probably already forever) is the disgustingly low sensitivity of the Legend's microphone. At first, I just had to switch to the phone and continue to talk on it. Voice commands also ceased to be perceived. Flashing, resetting, etc. dancing with tambourines - EVERYTHING WHERE. Correspondence with TP also did not give anything. Checked calls to myself. Indeed, the audibility is bad, as if through a pillow, and when the microphone is moved away from the face, even by 2 cm, the audibility is almost ZERO, and when approaching the lips, there are terrible sound distortions. Alas, my verdict is definitely not worth the money spent.

Pros
  • An excellent opportunity to listen to streaming radio, and indeed anything via Bluetooth - the sound quality is at the level (if you put it on each ear, it will be almost dolby surround))) Polite and helpful technical support. Voice control and other innovative gadgets, like switching to the phone when you remove the earpiece (and vice versa)
Cons
  • The sound quality of the interlocutor is constant complaints that NOTHING IS HEARED !
