So I got this to try because I was having pain on the top of my left shoulder, probably from sitting on the table. 40 hours a week, not counting the extra hours at a virtual school desk, so I decided to give it a try. The massage gun itself feels comfortable, has weight, feels sturdy, and is well made. Although I haven't had it in a while, it's pretty easy to use. The instructions provided were simple and I was able to figure out how to use them as well as easily removing and adding attachments to the massage gun. According to the instructions, it should be fully charged before first use. It's best to experiment to see which jet works best for the area you want to massage. Although they have recommendations, I would use what works best for you. There are also 3 speed settings so you can adjust it as you like. It has a very low noise level so it doesn't bother me on the wall, at least for me. All in all a good set. Comes with a case for it.
