Fabric stiff and feels painted

I got my daughter the colored striped dress with the red collar and sadly the fabric was not soft at all, rather it felt thin and almost painted.

Cute, not best quality

Cons

The dress is not suitable for formal events as it lacks the elegance and sophistication required for such occasions
